All 88 Ivory keys are in good condition and are in fine working order.

- Perfect for a recital hall or a community room or other large room.
- The cabinetry is in very good condition (but has some slight sun fading on one side)
- It comes with an official appraisal for sale of $5,000 and an insurance apprasial of $15,000.
- It is in good mechanical condition. Although we are not sure when it was last tuned it has been completely checked out and seems fine to be able to tune. It appears to have been re-built sometime in the past 50 years.
- This piano is 37-1/2" tall and 41" deep and has very thick ornate legs and a beautiful dark finish.
