Overall Event Description
Mother's Day is special not just to families, but to the Sisters of the Holy Family. Each year on Mother's Day, the community is invited to celebrate motherhood in the beauty of the gardens at the Motherhouse. Two seatings for the sumptuous brunch buffet are offered, with ethereal music and ample space for the children to play. On the Saturday before the SIsters celebrate an Eucharistic Liturgy to recognize and honor the many beloved women in our lives, including our mothers, grandmothers and godmothers, living or deceased. The proceeds benefit the senior and retired Sisters at the Motherhouse.
